Myth vs. Reality: Online Valuators are Always Correct
Home value websites for real estate, also known as property valuation or appraisal websites, are online platforms that provide estimates of a property's value. These websites use various data sources and algorithms to calculate an estimated value for a given property. However, as real estate professionals, we have found that not all home value sites are created equal. Problems that one may encounter using home value websites:
