In my last newsletter, I spoke about REALM Global Network and what makes it such an incredible organization and how it can benefit my clients. In case you missed it, REALM provides me and my team with fantastic, cutting-edge information and the ability to learn from my peers who live and work all over the world. In addition to REALM, I am a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist

What is the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and why is the Luxury Marketing Specialist designation important?

The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, founded in 2003, is the premier independent authority in training and designation for real estate agents working in the luxury residential market. Recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that the agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require.

The CLHMS™ designation is earned by Institute Members with documented sales performance in the top 10% of their market.

Members of The Institute actively seek out the latest information in marketing strategies, stay on top of changing market conditions, and know how to handle the special needs of an elite clientele and their exceptional properties. And they are always looking to take their skills, contacts and opportunities even further.

Last year, I earned the highest designation within the ILHM - "ELITE Guild" and I am the only Real Estate professional in the Central Virginia area with this designation!
