The experiences that I had growing up in and around Richmond made me appreciate what this wonderful city has come to offer. My father owned his own business in Carytown so we would frequent the shops and restaurants throughout the area, while my grandfather would take us around to the different monuments and parks. I’ve enjoyed seeing this city grow and it helped to become a part of who I am today. I began my Management training through The Restaurant Company and quickly grew to the ranks of a General Manager of one of their stores. I joined a multi-million dollar restaurant in the heart of Carytown where I utilized my people skills to know who's who in the city of Richmond. My roles consisted of managing over 90+ employees while continuing to create one of the best restaurant experiences this booming “foodie” city was becoming. I joined Small and Associates in March of 2017 and am excited to be a part of such a great company and team. My skills will help to develop our main focus, as we hope to grow the company. I reside currently south of the city in Midlothian with my beautiful and successful wife Emily, and our two wonderful sons, Scotty and Bradley.
