Story of a Sale: 3306 Monument Avenue

I wanted to take a quick minute to talk about my latest listing and how we got it prepped and got it SOLD quickly (and for over the asking price!)

I was contacted by the owners about six weeks ago. I met with them and we came up with a plan to get their house ready and on the market. We got the house in great shape with the help of our team, Jeremy Creasey, our contractor, and Jsquared was lined up to do the staging. HDBros took photographers and shot videos for us. As always, our team did a fabulous job of making the house look incredible before showings.

We put the house in MLS with delayed showings for one week and then started showings the following Thursday which continued through the weekend. We did receive an offer on Friday, but after talking to the owner, we knew it was best to wait until Monday when we said we would be looking at offers. We knew this was the right and fair thing to do for everyone.

We had two busy open houses that Saturday and Sunday which gave buyers a chance to look at the house. By Monday we received six offers in total and the owner was thrilled to accept a very clean, all-cash contract with no inspections and for well over the asking price!
